Jivan regularly appears before Sri Lankan courts and arbitral tribunals and is valued for delivering solutions that balance legal precision with commercial needs. His commitment to ethical practice is reflected in his contribution to developing the Anti-Sexual Harassment and Abuse Policy for the National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka.
