Lex Mundi Admits D. L. & F. De Saram as its Member Firm for Sri Lanka

Lex Mundi’s Board of Directors voted unanimously to admit D. L. & F. De Saram as its exclusive member firm for Sri Lanka.

Founded in 1898, D. L. & F. De Saram is one of the oldest and largest full-service law firms in Sri Lanka. Its team of 40 Sri Lankan lawyers specializes in infrastructure project development (including ports, power and energy, and highways) with special emphasis on PPPs.  The firm also has considerable experience advising multinational and domestic clients on M&A deals, cross-border banking and finance transactions, antitrust, anti-bribery, and labor law.
